William C. Weber

Beloved son of Jacqueline and William R. (deceased). Loving brother to Terry, Deb, and Judi (Dwight Smith). Luna and Riley adored their fun-loving uncle Bill. Much loved by his aunt and uncle, Darlene and Denny Skosnik; and his cousins Brandon Skosnik, Brittany Skosnik (Kat Fort), and Noble Fort-Skosnik. Bill was someone who was good at striking up a conversation wherever he went. He had many friendships throughout his life, but Dwayne, Robbie, and Jimmy were especially good friends in recent years and meant a lot to him. Bill loved animals. His all-time favorite summer was spent working with the horses of the Allegheny County Police mounted patrol. If desired, donations may be made to the Humane Society in his name.
