Age 82, of the South Side, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 30, 2018. Beloved husband of Joan Palmer; dear father of William R. Palmer, Jr., Ryan M. (Cassie) Palmer and Joanne Palmer; grandfather of Liam, Harper and Amelia Palmer; brother of Richard Palmer and Beverly Goode. Friends received Friday 2-4 and 6-8 PM in Thomas J.
