Age 67, formerly of the South Side, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022. Beloved husband of Shirley Iwanonkiw. Dear father of Raymond (Carrie) Iwanonkiw,Jr., Brian Iwanonkiw, Amy (Shane) Checkan and Dana Iwanonkiw. Stepfather of Wendy Parsons and Kevin Costello. Grandfather of Isabel, Simon and Ty Iwanonkiw and Grayson and Zoe Checkan. Step-grandfather of Tyler and Austin Parsons and Santino Genock. Brother of John Iwanonkiw. Friends received Monday 2-4 and 6-8 PM in Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc. 2323 E. Carson St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
