Margaret (Kaib) Hurka

Age 91, of the South Side and Mt. Washington, passed away peacefully at home on February 11, 2018, surrounded by her family. The world was a better place because Margaret was in it. She was an angel with a heart of gold and loved by all. Cherished and beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Margaret is survived by her seven children, Gildas (Danielle) Kaib, Donna (Tom) Pouch, Beverly Kaib, Bernie (Mary) Kaib, Joseph (Cindy) Kaib, Christine (Kaib) Basye, Louise (Patrick) Sosnak; also 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. God will raise her up on eagles' wings - the Gates of Heaven will be wide open for Margaret! Friends received Wednesday 3-8 PM in Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc. 2323 E.
