Leonard Gonnella

Age 62, of Penn Hills, passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 26, 2020. Beloved son of Mildred and the late John Gonnella. Dear father of Briana Gonnella. Brother of Joseph Gonnella and Anthony (Michele) Gonnella. Uncle of Gabrielle. No visitation. Services will be held at a later date. Leonard was a skilled bricklayer who worked side by side with his father for many years. He could always be counted on to do side jobs, big and small. He had a love for Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, and Christmas music. He loved watching football and basketball, whether it be professional, college, or high school. He loved a good meal, whether it be his mother's pasta on Sunday or prime rib at Longhorn's for every celebration. He was loved by his family and the many friends who could always count on him to make them laugh or debate (he was always right).
