Age 64, of the South Side, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023. Dear son of the late Martha and John Zajac. Beloved brother of Carol (the late Thomas) Smith. Uncle of the late Thomas Smith, Jr. Great-uncle of Krysten and Kyrstyn. Friends received Monday 2-4 and 6-8 PM in Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc. 2323 E. Carson St., where a funeral prayer will be held Monday 8:00 PM.
