Joan (Fox) Kuntz

Of Carrick, died peacefully on October 20, 2022. Wife of the late Raymond Kuntz. Mum to Joan (Michael) Barone, Barb (Vince) Wolf, and Ray (Lisa) Kuntz. Beloved Gram of seven grandchildren. Mema, Awma, and Great-Grandma of five lucky Great-Grandchildren. She will also be missed by friends and family, many of which knew her as their "Ma" or "Gram." She was an amazing woman that survived breast cancer & a quadruple bypass with grace and positivity. She worked in the deli at Shop 'n Save, where she often wondered why the "young people" were all so tired, until she retired at 88 years of age. She was a wonderful cook and baker and everyone that knew her had a favorite food made by her. She loved nothing more than to make a requested birthday dinner for her family or to show up on the doorstep of those lucky enough to be loved by her with one of her special creations. She showed she loved you with her food. Many people will recount some of their happiest memories as being in her kitchen or at one of her pool parties! Heaven is surely being treated to a feast with her signature pierogies, lady locks, potato pancakes, and peach cookies to name a few!
