Irene M. Poljak

Age 93, of the South Side, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. Beloved wife of the late John C. Poljak. Dear mother of Michael (Cheryl) Poljak, Denise (Bob) Maire, John T. (Cheryl) Poljak, Jim (Lorynda) Poljak and Anna McKnight-Poljak. Also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sister of Bernie and Paul Zornacki. Carson St. Funeral Prayer Saturday 9:30 AM, Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Angels Church, Blessed Trinity Parish at 10:30 AM.
