Henry "Hank" Wells
Obituary
Henry "Hank" Wells passed away peacefully at his home on March 25, 2022. Hank was born on the Southside of Pittsburgh and graduated from St. Michael's High School. He served proudly in the US Navy during the Korean War, and then obtained his BS and Ph. D from the University of Pittsburgh. Hank was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Patricia (Lozecki) Wells and is survived by four children, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to a charity of your choice - or just do something nice for a total stranger. Hank would have liked that. Friends received Thursday, March 31st from 5-6:60 PM in Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc. 2323 E. Carson St. Funeral Prayer Friday, April 1st, 9:00 AM. followed by Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary of the Mount Church, Mary, Queen of Peace Parish at 10:00 AM.
