Age 72, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 26, 2020. Son of the late Stanley and Shirley Balcer; beloved brother of Marlene Rogers, Maryann (Chester) Jozefowicz and the late James A. Balcer; uncle of Lindsay (Ken), Crystal (the late Jeff), Lisa (Eric), Alex and Alyssa; great-uncle of Bailee, Bella, Kenny, Devin, Cameron, Brian and Ava. Friends received Thursday 2-8 PM in Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc. 2323 E. Carson St. Funeral Prayer Friday 9:30 AM, Mass of Christian Burial in St. Albert the Great Church, Blessed Trinity Parish at 10:30 AM.
