Born on December 7, 1929, passed away on July 24, 2018. Husband of Mary; Father of Patricia (Tom) and Francis, and the late John and Mark; Grandfather of LeeAnn and Tommy. Survived by his loving brother John E. Roof, and nieces and nephews. Francis was a proud American Veteran of the U.S. Army. No visitation. Arrangements by Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc.
