Evelyn J. "Abe" (Waldo) Paschel

Age 97, of the South Side, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Wife of the late Robert A. Paschel. Beloved mother of Regis (Marci) Paschel and the late Robert M. (survived by Bernadette) Paschel. Sister of Robert Waldo, Lucille Renkin and the late Alberta, Virginia, Rita and Ralph. She is survived by four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank her Godchild, Chris Mcnally and Greg and Charlene Krayvo for their loving care of Aunt Abe. Friends received Thursday 4-8 PM in Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc. 2323 E. Carson St. Funeral Prayer Friday 9:00 AM in the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Adalbert Church, Mary-Queen of Peace Parish at 10:00 AM.
