Dolores R. Nowakowski

Age 89, of the South Side, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 18, 2023. Daughter of the late Frank and Helen Nowakowski. Sister of the late Henry Nowakowski, Regina (Louis) Gross and Richard (Charlotte) Nowakowski. Cousin of Edmund Nowakowski. Dear aunt of Richard (Amy) Nowakowski, Thomas Nowakowski, Richard Gross and William (Ruth Ann) Gross. Friends received Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 PM in Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc. 2323 E. Carson St. Funeral Prayer Friday 9:00 AM, Mass of Christian Burial in St. Adalbert Church, Mary-Queen of Peace Parish at 10:00 AM. Dolores was an active person including several charities and was a long-time employee of the City of Pittsburgh.
