Dennis A. Kohut

Age 80, of Arlington, passed away peacefully at home on Christmas night. Husband of the late Joyce Kohut. Beloved father of Edie (Andy) Hamilton and the late Tracey (survived by Don) Sankovich and the late Michael Yanke. Dear grandfather of Deidre Furey, Deneara Yanke and the late Christopher Yanke. Brother of Christina Edgar and the late Dale Kohut. Survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Friends received Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 PM in Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc. 2323 E. Carson St., where a Blessing Service will be held Friday 11:00 AM. Interment will be held in St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Cemetery with U.S. Marine Corps Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
