Clare Ratway

Age 76, formerly of Mt. Washington, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 15, 2026. Beloved daughter of the late Michael and Bernice Ratway. Dear sister of Nellie Spencer, Mary Beth Zimmerman, her favorite brother, Michael Ratway and the late Michele Cummings. Many loving nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Friends received on Sunday from 2-6 PM at Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, 2323 E. Carson St., where a Prayer Service will be held Sunday at 6:00 PM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh at www.carnegielibrary.org
