Christina (Fabian) Kanigowski

Age 74, of the South Side, passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024. Loving wife of the late Robert Kanigowski for 48 years. Beloved mother of Jackie (Matt) Wilds. Grandmother of Emily and Becca. Sister of the late Tom, Marty, and Jerry (survived by Fran) Fabian. Survived by nieces and nephews. Chris cherished her two granddaughters and loved cooking and baking, the beach, flowers and butterflies. Friends received Friday 2-4 and 6-8 PM in Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, 2323 E. Carson St. Funeral Prayer Saturday 9:00 AM in the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Adalbert Church, Mary-Queen of Peace Parish at 10:00 AM.
