Age 82, of the South Side, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 30, 2018. Beloved husband of Joan Palmer; dear father of William R. Palmer, Jr., Ryan M. (Cassie) Palmer and Joanne Palmer; grandfather of Liam, Harper and Amelia Palmer; brother of Richard Palmer and Beverly Goode. Friends received Friday 2-4 and 6-8 PM in Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc. 2323 E. Carson St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heroes Supporting Heroes, 7313 Noblestown Rd., Oakdale, PA. 15071.
