Age 95, on Saturday, April 2, 2016. Wife of the late Albert A. Rebholz; beloved mother of Gemma (Thomas) Davies, Paulette (John) Schlater, Paul (Diana) Rebholz, Elaine (William) McCausland and Joseph (Mary Lynn) Rebholz; also 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren; sister of the late Margaret Emery, Bernard, John and Joseph Baranowski. Friends received Tuesday 2-8 PM in Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc. 2323 E. Carson St. Funeral Prayer Wednesday 9:00 AM, Mass of Christian Burial in St. Peter Church, Prince of Peace Parish at 10:00 AM. Marie was a member of the local AARP, choir member of St. Matthew's R.C. Church and a LEM. She worked at South Side Hospital in the nursery making formula for the babies. Marie volunteered her time at Projectlinus.org.
